Facilitation

“Every facilitator is a doula, easing some necessary rebirth organizational, political, interpersonal, or otherwise for some folks who want change.”

— Stay Black and Breathe by Alexis Pauline Gumbs

I facilitate spaces for personal and collective healing through yoga, art, community and more.

  • Yoga

I hold space for you to build your inner strength, practice mindfulness, and regulate your nervous system. My classes offer healing through philosophy, movement, breathwork, and mantra.

  • Care Economy Series

I host workshops and round tables to support our transition from an economy centering exploitation and profit to one of care and community. These events offer healing by building heart centered and value aligned collective power.

  • Art, Writing, and Community

I develop events for community to reflect, share, and create with one another. I’ve hosted Community Art Shows, Writing and Art Nights, Open Mics and Open Galleries. These spaces offer healing through release, connection, and inspiration.

I offer facilitation for special events and workshops.

Let's develop an event and curriculum together!

Want to host an event or gathering on your own?

I hold space for your learning and offer facilitation coaching.

Testimonial for Sola Habibi’s Facilitation Coaching:

“Sola Habibi helped me move through my first time facilitating a class. It felt so good to work with somebody who facilitates such beautiful spaces of thought and community. They helped me think through what I was doing and why. They supported me to get clear on where I was solid and where I needed to keep working to develop my curriculum. Sola both reminded me of the deep wisdom that nothing created can be created alone, and supported me in turning a small idea into a much more tangible offering. In the final moments of nervous planning right before my event, I reached out to Sola for support. They gave me such grounding wisdom and even sent me songs to help me get into a place where I could facilitate the evening with more ease.”
